Kati Calhoun represented Kent’s Market, Operation Home Front and Associated Food Stores to promote the Operation Home Front event taking place at Kent’s in Plain City, this Saturday. On the set of Good Day Utah, Kati interviewed with Dan and Kari, long-time hosts of the one of Utah’s popular morning news shows.
Kati, the AFS team, and Operation Home Front have worked together to help provide 400 carloads of groceries for military families with a value of $500. The grocery haul includes various items from bread and yogurt to dish soap and laundry detergent. This effort was organized to assist the one in four military families that are food insecure.
