We’re excited to announce that the incentive to get vaccinated against COVID-19 has increased to $100 for all team members. If you’ve been hesitant to get the vaccine, now is the time so you don’t miss out on a free $100! We have also simplified the process of submitting the fitness fund form. All ARO pharmacy locations will now have copies of the fitness fund form to be completed by you at the time of your final vaccine dose. The form will then be sent in by the pharmacy team, making it easy for you to get paid.
- Team members can get vaccinated at any location or health department that offers the vaccine. Incentive payment is not dependent on visiting ARO pharmacies.
- This incentive is available to ALL team members (does not include spouses or dependents)
- All team members must submit a fitness fund form and a copy of your completed card or immunization record confirming you received your inoculation(s) to receive the $100 – copies are available at ARO pharmacies
- Team members must receive all recommended doses of the vaccine
Payment details (When visiting an ARO pharmacy)
Once you have received the recommended doses of the vaccine, follow these steps to receive your payment.
- After your final vaccine dose, notify the pharmacist that you are an AFS team member and would like to complete the fitness fund form
- The form will be submitted by the pharmacy team to Nicole
- You will need to submit a copy of your completed card or immunization record confirming you received your inoculation(s) to Nicole Bennion (contact information below)
- Allow two-four weeks for processing

- How do I get my COVID-19 incentive pay?

- I’ve received my first shot for the COVID-19 vaccine. Can I get $50 for the first shot and $50 when I get my second shot?
No. To be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine incentive pay, Team Members will need to receive the full manufacturer-recommended doses. Currently, the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines require two inoculations and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine only requires one inoculation.
- Can I get COVID-19 incentive pay for my spouse getting the vaccine?
No. This incentive is for team members only.
- Do I have to be on insurance to get the COVID-19 incentive pay?
No. This incentive is for all team members regardless of insurance coverage.
- I’m part-time. Am I eligible for this program?
Absolutely! We want all Team Members to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and we want to reward you for being healthy!
- I have already received my first $50 incentive, will I get the additional $50?
Yes, the payment has been submitted and you should receive it on your next paycheck
