Since 1996, the National Customer Service Association (NCSA) has provided customer service education, certifications and support services. Recently the NCSA named the cashier team at Dan’s in Cottonwood Heights their service team of the year.
The NCSA judging committee selected Dan’s from many other submissions. The NCSA website states, “this reflects a commitment by organizations, teams, and employees across the country to customer service excellence! Award categories include an individual, a work team (both large and small), and an organization (both large and small), and the criteria for winning are intentionally challenging by design.
