The mammogram bus will be coming back to the corporate office on July 1 and details are below.
There is a new guideline concerning Covid 19 shots. If a lady has had their Coronavirus shot or booster, they should wait for 4 weeks after their shot to have their screening mammogram. We have found that the shot can cause inflammation of the lymph nodes and this would be a reason to call a lady back from her mammogram. It could also lead to an unneeded biopsy.
Please let the ladies know about the change with the vaccine. If somebody has scheduled and they need to cancel or reschedule, please have them call 385.266.4437. This is the number directly to the trailer.

After you have logged on, you will click on the “Book Appointment” button.
Find your location or clinic name and click on it. Associated Foods
Find the month that your clinic is scheduled for. Friday July 1, 2022
It should automatically come up with your appointed date.
Click on the time that you would like to schedule the patient.
Please fill in all of the information being sure to use the patients phone number and email. This will ensure they will receive their reminders.
If your clinic is using a “Voucher”, please record the voucher number in the Patient notes section.
Click on “Finalize Appointment”, this will set the automatic reminders.
