Rise Together for FoodShow 2022!  

It’s been two years since we’ve met in person for the FoodShow and Annual Meeting. We cannot begin to express how excited we are to mingle with retailers, the AFS team and vendors. As we prepare for FoodShow April 6 and 7, we want to share a few friendly reminders to help make the event the best it can be for those attending.  

FoodShow Attire 

Please plan on wearing business casual dress while attending the FoodShow, even if only as a guest. We want to ensure all of us represent AFS in the best way possible. Please also remember to wear comfortable shoes as there is a lot of walking and standing.  

Parking 

When parking at the Salt Palace, please be prepared to pay with a credit card and be sure to obtain a receipt. Everyone will need to submit an expense report to their supervisor to get reimbursed. If you can carpool with fellow attendees, please do so.  

Name Badge 

Name badges are required to attend the FoodShow. If you are pre-registered, you will have received a registration email with a QR Code to print a name badge at the show kiosk. Scan your QR Code, print the label and attach it to a lanyard. If you do not have a name badge or QR Code, please visit the registration desk.  

Sampling Items 

FoodShow is a retail buying show. Please feel free to sample any of the items available. All we ask is that you DO NOT take any vendor product from the show. Removing any product from the show could be grounds for dismissal and is not taken lightly.
