Loaded Sheet Pan Nachos

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1 (11oz) bag Crav’n Flavor Yellow Corn Triangle Tortilla Chips
- 1 ½ cups black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup canned whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cups cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat, and season with taco seasoning mix.
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on the baking sheet. Top with ground beef, black beans, corn, and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomato and red onion. Drizzle the sour cream over nachos and sprinkle with cilantro and jalapeño.
