2022 AFS Open Enrollment

Unfortunately, due to COVID safety precautions, we will not be able to hold our normal open enrollment presentation meetings.  We are sad that we won’t be able to meet with everyone! It’s probably the best part of open enrollment for our team! We love seeing you all!  However, we will be making ourselves available on select days/evenings until 9:00pm (see schedule below) to allow team members and even family members to call and get their questions answered

·        This is also a good time to increase your voluntary Life Insurance by up to an additional $20,000 without having to answer any health questions.

·        An open enrollment video presentation has been created and will soon be available on InSite!

·        We will also be providing an open enrollment video for our Spanish-speaking team members.

·        Annual health screenings will take place January and February of 2022.  We will keep you posted as more information becomes available.

·        Now is also a good time to sign up for voluntary benefits such as Identity Theft Protection, Accident Insurance, Critical Health Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, and even Pet Insurance.  If you’re already signed up for voluntary benefits, you don’t need to re-enroll

All team members (full-time and part-time) will need to go online and complete the online process – even if you’re not making any changes.  This is required because everyone will need to make elections for more than just insurance choices.  We use the online system to verify and/or correct information in our pay system database (e.g., home address for mailing W-2s), for sick leave donation, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and charitable contribution elections.

We will also be providing evening hours for open enrollment assistance.  See calendar below.

Last day for online open enrollment is Friday, November 12!
